Ambucare Earns Eighth CAAS Accreditation
Ambucare, a proud member of the Priority Ambulance family of companies, announced today that it was granted a three-year accreditation status by the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS) Panel of Commissioners. The nationally recognized accreditation program is seen as the gold standard for ambulance services nationwide. The accreditation process thoroughly examines an ambulance service’s operational efficiency and quality of care to ensure communities are provided with the highest level of care possible.
“We are extremely proud of our team at Ambucare for their ongoing contributions to provide the highest level of care within the community,” said Robby Atkins, Southeast Regional President for Priority Ambulance. “Ambucare has maintained high standards for their patients consistently. This accreditation is a testament to their commitment to their community, and we look forward to continuing to see Ambucare grow and serve the citizens of Haralson County and the surrounding communities.”
For more than 75 years, Ambucare has served the community of Haralson County and the surrounding communities with high-quality medical transportation. In 2002, Ambucare became the second ambulance agency in Georgia to be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services.
In addition to Ambucare, sister companies, Medshore Ambulance, Puckett EMS, and National EMS also hold CAAS accreditation.
Congratulations to the Ambucare team!
